AGENT NETWORK / TOKEN SERVICE
Compute Provider Agreement & Disclaimer
Effective date: 12 June 2026 · Applies to every endpoint uploaded through the Agent Network Token Service “Provide Compute” feature.
Summary (not a substitute for the full text): you may only contribute API
endpoints and credentials that you are legally entitled to share; the Service relays
third-party traffic to them, measures them, and pays you a revenue share; everything
is provided “as is”, earnings are not guaranteed, and either side can stop at any time.
1. Definitions
- “Platform” — the Agent Network Token Service operated by Agent Network (agentnetwork.org.cn).
- “Provider”, “you” — the account holder uploading an LLM API endpoint (a base URL,
API credential, and a list of served models) to the marketplace.
- “Endpoint” — the upstream service you contribute, reachable over HTTP or HTTPS.
- “Consumers” — Service users and agents whose requests may be routed to your Endpoint.
2. Your authorization and warranties
- You warrant that you own the contributed credential, or hold all licenses, consents and
rights required to share it and to resell access to the underlying model service.
- You warrant that contributing the Endpoint does not violate the upstream vendor's terms
of service, any law, or any agreement binding you. Stolen, leaked, trial-abused or
otherwise unauthorized keys are strictly prohibited and will be removed and may be
reported, with associated earnings forfeited.
- You will not contribute endpoints that intentionally return falsified model output,
manipulate token accounting, or proxy to private/internal network addresses.
3. What the Platform does with your Endpoint
- Your credential is encrypted at rest and installed into an isolated internal gateway
channel. It is never displayed back in plaintext, never shared with Consumers, and
never used outside relay, health-probe and benchmark traffic.
- The Platform routes Consumer requests to your Endpoint at its sole discretion. Routing
is not guaranteed, exclusive, or continuous.
- The Platform actively measures your Endpoint: liveness probes, and periodic
TPM/RPM load tests (small batches of real completions). Probe and benchmark traffic
does not accrue earnings. Unhealthy endpoints are retried on an increasing
backoff and are disabled after repeated failures or when their declared availability
window lapses.
4. Earnings and settlement
- You accrue the configured revenue share of the retail value of genuine Consumer calls
served by your Endpoint, denominated in TBC. Accrued TBC can be withdrawn to your
wallet subject to the minimum-payout threshold.
- Platform-originated traffic (health probes, channel tests, benchmarks) and traffic
that fails or is refunded does not earn. The Platform may correct, reverse or claw back
amounts credited in error, including after withdrawal.
- Earnings are a usage-based commercial settlement, not interest, investment return, or
any form of security. No volume, uptime or income is promised.
5. Plain-HTTP endpoints
Endpoints served over plain http:// are accepted, but you acknowledge that
traffic between the Platform and such an Endpoint is unencrypted in transit. Do not contribute
plain-HTTP endpoints if the upstream vendor or applicable law requires transport encryption.
The Platform never sends Consumers' Service credentials to your Endpoint.
6. Suspension, removal, termination
- You may pause or delete your Endpoint at any time from the Provider console; deletion
removes the gateway channel and stops routing immediately.
- The Platform may pause, throttle, de-list or delete any Endpoint at any time — including
for failed probes, expiry, abuse signals, upstream complaints or legal requests — without
prior notice. Accrued legitimate earnings remain withdrawable unless obtained in breach
of this Agreement.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE MARKETPLACE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, UPTIME OR EARNINGS. THE PLATFORM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT
ROUTING WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, THAT MEASUREMENTS (INCLUDING TPM/RPM BENCHMARKS) ARE ERROR-FREE,
OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, NOR FOR LOST PROFITS,
LOST DATA, OR COSTS INCURRED WITH THE UPSTREAM VENDOR (INCLUDING ACCOUNT SANCTIONS RESULTING
FROM YOUR BREACH OF THE VENDOR'S TERMS). THE PLATFORM'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THIS
AGREEMENT IS LIMITED TO THE TOTAL EARNINGS PAID TO YOU IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE
CLAIM.
9. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless the Platform and its operators from any third-party
claim — including claims by upstream vendors — arising from your breach of Section 2, your
Endpoint's content or behaviour, or your violation of applicable law.
10. Changes
The Platform may update this Agreement; the effective date above changes accordingly.
Continued listing of an Endpoint after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will
be announced on the portal.
